 This convenient
feature lets you scan and store frequently
used items such as
letterheads, forms and the

recalls the data for master-
making, eliminating the need
to scan the item every time

works with document hold. For example, to print
a letterhead on a document simply recall the data from document hold. It is
then automatically overlaid on
the master at the same time as the document data. |

| Energy-saving sleep
mode |
 RZ900
series printers can be set to enter sleep mode after a predetermined time
with no operation. Energy consumption is cut to just 5W while maintaining
network-awareness for
instant access from a remote
computer. A touch on the
wake-up key also restores

| The
mail function
communicates directly with
the network administrator’s
e-mail account, sending
information on status of
consumables such as ink and
masters, total print counter,
and error codes in the event
of a malfunction. Keeping the
administrator informed of
remaining ink and masters

down time. Knowledge of a
malfunction’s error code allows
the administrator to accurately
communicate the problem
to a RISO service center for
either troubleshooting via
